I have been having a hard time finding good instructions on installing fuppes and setting it up to run with xbox 360. I have found several different sites and each one it seems gives different instructions. I am running Ubuntu 12.10 headless and would like to be able to stream movies to my xbox with trans-coding enabled. The last set of instructions I followed, it looks like fuppes installed but I can't find a config file to change the settings. Any input or help would be nice. The main purpose of having fuppes is i was looking for something to transcode files on the fly to my xbox.

Can you post a link to the guide you last followed? It would be helpful to have something to follow along with and try to find the problem.
