FTP access in ISPconfig

Hello all,

I installed ISPconfig recently and I worked through all my problems except one that I can think of off the top of my head. That problem is that I can't access anything VIA FTP. I can use the WebFTP feature in ISPconfig (it uses all the same stuff as any other FTP client)but I can't access it any other way. I have asked on the other forums but noone seems able to help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Fedora 9
I followed the instructions for the perfect server for Fedora 9
ISPconfig 2.2.28
Custom machine AMD duo core processor
2GB memory
500GB SATA drive
I am using ProFTP for my FTP server
If you want to try it you can log on as
