Hello all I have installed all the correct files to get xmltv working. When I try to call an xml listings for UK channels I get the following error.

/usr/local/bin/tv_grab_uk_rt --configure

Can't locate XMLTV/Version.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0 .) at /usr/local/bin/tv_grab_uk_rt line 94.

any ideas suggestions would be great.

It looks like you don't have the XMLTV perl module installed. You should be able to get it from CPAN.org.

Many thanks, I recompiled xmltv and on this front all is working great.

Has anyone using a tv-card/radio tuner come across this before at the end of there dmesg.


tuner: TV freq (0.-6) out of range (44-958)

bttv0: PLL: switching off

Have been on google most of the night and am still none the wiser.
