Freemind flow question

So, what i'm trying to do is create some distance between sets of child nodes in my freemind maps. See the attached png file to see what im getting at. Is there a way to do this, other than using clouds?

Or, barring a way to do it in freemind, is anyone aware of a mind mapping program that does that, or lets me control the distance between "thoughts"

AH! ok, thanks, i think when i was trying it i was clicking directly on the wording. For anyone else that might come across this, there is a small oval shape that appears right next to the start of the line, it wasnt painfully obvious to me, on your pic because the directional arrows cover it up a bit. thanks!
