Fonts in Galeon hurt my head. Can I change them?

I have recently began playing with different browsers and much to my surprise, Galeon seems to be the fastest. It is also the only browser that I have not had any glitches with other than the fonts, but I can't use it because of them. They seem blurry and after a while of using it I can begin to feel my head huting.

Is there any way to change the fonts or add different fonts to it?

Did you try Settings > Preferences to bring up the Preferences dialog, then the Rendering pane? You can change the fonts there.
