I would say upgrade from the obsolete version of Red Hat 7.3

Is the error that it can not find libm.so.1?
If so it is a dependency problem. The application needs that library.
Did you use a .rpm for a newer version of Red Hat?

The best way to prevent rpm dependencies is to use rpm's for your distro. Or you can compile from source.

You can google for the libm.so.1 if you are missing it. You may find that you need more files than that when you get that one. You will also have to determine where the library goes after you download it.
