Fetchmail 6.3.26 (latest) crashes with segfault 11

Ive configured fetchmail which sends mail to procmail.
When running fetchmail -v i get the following:

it stops at the same place every time and i cant figure out why. It seems to be a software related issue and not a hardware issue since it occurs at the exact same place.

Since im running the latest version im not sure how to fix this, does anyone have any suggestions ?

After a lot of troubleshooting i isolated the problem to be that it segfaults when it tries to import mail threads which i find weird. Im using fetchmail to fetch mail from an exchange 2013 mail server (mail admins have made some necessary configuration changes for other people before i set up mutt). Weird that other people are not having the same problems or have reported anything. I wrote to the fetchmail user mailing list but got nothing in return
