When i want to install this software it give's me this errors:

can you help me with this problem please? It's linux fault or oracle

Please post the command that you ran for the same.
Also are the files available at the location where the installation is trying to refer.
have you set some environment variables such as the Oracle_home,Oracle_base etc
I see that you are looking to install oracle express edition

can you check the integrity of the rpm file that you downloaded ?

I ran ./oracle configure
Yes i've searched the files and they exists in same location where installation search for them
No,i didn't set any environment variables (and i don't know how)
I don't know how to check the integrity of the rpm file
