Unhappy Error in building projects in Kdevelop

1. I have fedora 9 installed, i installed kdevelop using command yum install kdevelop. so i think all the dependencies must have been resolved.

2.Built a new project in the category C++ -> KDE ->Simple KDE Application

3. then i tried to build it with "run automake and success" in the build tab. It was successful.

4. however, with the option "Run Configure" in the build tab again, I got the following

mkdir '/home/rishabh/app1/debug' && cd '/home/rishabh/app1/debug' && CXXFLAGS="-O0 -g3" "/home/rishabh/app1/configure" --enable-debug=full

Is it KDevelop 3.*? If yes, consider upgrading to KDevelop 4. KDevelop 3 is intended to develop KDE3 applications (deprecated and unsuported). KDevelop4 is less stable, but offer much more feature and support for KDE4. It also use CMake instead of AutoTools. CMake is less likely to fail like that.

The errors :
you are missing the (most) important packages :

# yum install gcc-c++ glibc-devel glibc-headers
