Have you installed the libmilter development package? For example on a Debian based system it would be libmilter-dev and perhaps on a redhat based system libmilter-devel.
A couple of pointers:
1. Please don't done post screenshots, not everyone uses a graphical browser
2. You should not be compiling things as root
3. Use a subject line that describes your post
