Docker machine starts wrongly

Hi everyone,

I have installed / configured docker on windows 10. Docker host usually starts with double clicking on the Desktop icon "Docker Quickstart Terminal". But sometimes after start, my docker doesn't work properly. When I type command "docker-machine env default" I get the error:
Code:
    $ docker-machine env default
Error running connection boilerplate: Error checking and/or regenerating the certs: There was an error validating certificates for host "192.168.99.100:2376": dial tcp 192.168.99.100:2376: i/o timeout
You can attempt to regenerate them using 'docker-machine regenerate-certs name'.
Be advised that this will trigger a Docker daemon restart which will stop running containers.
Can somebody help me about this error?

Thank you

Yes I tried it, it seams that regenerate process is ok (no error), but I still have the same issue.

And what are the Docker Quickstart Terminal properties?
Specifically, the "command" being used to try and start the container?
Did you try to start it manually?

How can I check Docker Quickstart Terminal properties?

I usually start containers manually with command: docker start containername. But this case I cannot start them!

Have you considered the Documentation?

Off hand, I'd say right-mouse click it and see if it allows for viewing the properties.

Try one of these results:
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Docker20Qu...0documentation

or a F1 when you run the Docker Quickstart application.

I am unfamiliar with it.
