DNSMASQ anyone? Help!

I have DNSMASQ hosting/caching DNS on my lan.

resolv.conf includes 127.0.0.1 & two external DNS entries.

DHCP is handled by my firewall and is ONLY giving out ONE dnsmasq servers IP to the clients.

However the Clients are picking up the DNS address: server.ip, external ip1, external ip2.

External IP1 and IP2 are specified resolv.conf.

I changed these external IPs, but the clients do not get the update.

What do i need to do? I tried restarting dnsmasq and hd no luck..

I restarted the service in hopes to clear this external dns cache but it ddoes not work.

The clients still pick up the old external dns entries.
