Dhcpd - IP range settings problem

I need to set up DHCP server on my Red Hat 7.3 router - only on inner interface (net 192.168.0.0 ). But DHCP daemon need to configure subnets on both interfaces (in dhcpd.conf).
But this is point of my problem.
Outer interface has IP address 80.95.109.17/255.255.255.252 (network counting only 4 IPs). I cannot change this (its given by my inet provider).
I dont know, what range of assigned IPs I have to set in subnet 80.95.109.17/255.255.255.252, because 80.95.109.16 is unicast, 17 is eth, 18 is free and 19 is broadcast and I need at least two IPs to set range. Or not ?

subnet 80.95.109.17 netmask 255.255.255.252 {

range xxxxx xxxxx - what here ???
}

Thnx for help.
