develop a new nistnet module

nistnet can not simulate a burst IP packet loss, so I want to add this fuction. Cuold you give me some help to read the source code, that's really difficult to make everything clear.
I read it from /../cli/cnistnet.c trace the struct and header file to /../include/tabledist.h . I've just began and I need help.

The most important thing is find the place to add the module, thanks for your help, even reply.
