desktop theme editor...

How do people make all these different themes? I can't figure it out! I want to know so I can do it too. So I beg of you...SHARE YOUR SECRET WITH ME!

that depends on your desktop (gnome kde ...). You can look in http://gnome-look.org/ or http://kde-look.org/

My computer runs Red HatLinux 7.2, and has both Gnome and KDE installed. By the way, I don't want to download a theme, I want to make a theme. Please answer soon!

You want to make a theme for? gnome, kde, xfce... These are different window managers and it's different making a theme for them.
