Post Deluge

Successfully installed Deluge. Got the link under internet menu. But it doesn't start when I click it.
When I enter the command deluge in terminal. It says:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/deluge", line 5, in <module>
from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
ImportError: No module named pkg_resources
