dd_rescue

Anyone know how to halt dd_rescue?

Ctrl-D,C,Z will not work; only Ctrl-Alt-Del which also shuts
down the machine if using the Knoppix CD.

If it works anything like dd, you should be able to hit Ctrl-C
Otherwise, under knoppix, open up a second shell before you run dd_rescue so that you can kill the process.
