dcraw 48 bit

Hi,

I'm using dcraw (or trying to) to decode nikon raw pictures. It works fine with 24 bit ppms... But when I try to decode with 48 bit ppm or psd I can't open them in Gimp... the error is PNM: Invalid maximium value.
