database for system/network info

Hi I'm looking for a webbased database for holding information about computer systems and networks.

Sometimes I install a system or build a small network for people. I currently write information like IP-addresses computernames , passwords, etc on paper for when there are problems and I have to look at the system/network.
I need to get rid of all that paper, it's getting quite messy.
So I want to put it in a database.

Does somebody know a program like this?

Thanks in advance
