customized livecd

i need to create a customized livecd to boot a machine as a 3270 terminal.. (no graphic interface required) where should i start?

Fedora and Ubuntu both have tools available to create your own customised live CD, and x3720 or c3270 will give you the terminal emulation.

Might look at other distro's too that offer menu or program driven ways to make custom live cd's. Puppy and Slitaz may be good choices too.

Pretty sure knoppix or one of the knoppix had that already.

Might also look at live distro's that have it and just strip the cruff and there you go.

Most terminals can be set to emulate a 3270 I think.
