Unhappy cross-compiling won't work after upgrade OS

Hi Linux fans,

Yesterday I have updated my Raspberry PI which runs OS Raspbian Wheezy, which is similar to Ubuntu I guess.
Since I have done apt-get update + apt-get upgrade the cross compiler which I use to make my own Oscam won't work anymore.
What also happened after the upgrade was that when I rebooted the system it gave an error about the filesystem check.
I had to ran manually fsck and a lot of lines which I had to respond with yes untill it finished and asked me to reboot again. Then it started good and everything is running except the comiling still won't go.
In attachment I have added my latest output of the config.log
I have read it but I cannot find my way to find the right solution.
Maybe someone can take a look into it and help me get on the right way?

I also tried using gcc and g++ version 4.7 but no luck, even newer libusb didn't help.

thanks in advance
Ryan

Code:
gcc: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault (program as)
as threw a segfault. That is as steady as programs come, so a segfault must be faulty binaries. I suggest a complete reinstall. At least you need binutils and gcc.

I already have removed (apt-get remove) and also reinstalled (apt-get install --reinstall) gcc, g++, build-essential, cmake, openssl, libssl-dev, libpcsclite1, libpcsclite-dev, subversion and dialog

After reinstalling binutils all worked again.

Thank you very much business_kid for helping me out here.
