Creating a flatpak for the program htmlq

I wanted to install htmlq on my computer. Alas, that didn't go so very well, because my os is too old.
I have Bunsenlabs Lithium on my computer. That is based on Debian 10. To install htmlq I need to have a recent version of Rustc running. And maybe I can install a recent version next to the version that I am running now, but I don't like the idea at all.

I installed with success htmlq on Ubuntu 22.04 running virtually.

I think I can install htmlq on Bunsenlabs Lithium with flatpak.
The flatpak package needs to have rustc and cargo installed. And on top of that htmlq.
So, it appears to me that I have a project. I checked the flatpak website and there is an installation of an easy bash script described. But the creation of a flatpak package with htmlq, rustc and cargo is a totally different thing altogether.
Can someone give me some links, hints etc. on how to proceed now, because I am totally out of my depth now.

You'll have to read the docs.
