Collabnet, Gforge, command line only installation off site

Hello All,
I've been beating my head against the proverbial "firewall" for about three months now, and now I give up!!!!!
I need help.
Not technical help to guide me through an installation.
Not a guru to point out what I am doing wrong.
Not one more complaint or moan from me.
Here is the skinny.
I have an offsite server running RH Fedora core 2.11.
I am ok when it comes to plesk and running the back end stuff to keep basic sites and xoops type stuff going fine. However I finally came up with an ingenious idea based on the "Open Source" concept and I lack the skills of installing collaboration software on my server.
I need someone who can install via a command line interface Gforge, or some facimilie thereof on my server in order to bring people together.
I am willing to compensate directly with profits from the site or advertising if it is traffic that you need. If you prefer cash up front, that can be arranged. Just keep in mind I'm a dreamer not a billionaire.
Anyone who wishes to contact me directly... philspad @ yahoo.com
Thanks

I might be asking the wrong way, and I apologize.
Where could i go to find someone to do a command line install on a tricky piece of software?
Is there a community or forum that just helps people find a Linux pro for hire?
Thanks
