Codec Error

i am trying to export a video in openshot video editor and i get this on export

error

The following formats/codecs are missing from your system:

libx264
libmp3lame

You will not be able to use the selected export profile. You will need to install the missing formats/codecs or choose a different export profile.

i installed the codecs already

use "aboutlugins" in your browser and see if it's really installed

you just type it in the browser.
follow this tutorial to install it if it dosn't already exist

I know it wasn't installed but then i installed it using the tutorial on that link
and it still says i don't have it
