Unhappy ClanLib problems on Fedora core 1#

Hi

I'm Using Fedora Linux core 1# and Gnome. I have installed ClanLib and all of the development libraries and yet when I try to install Pingus (which uses ClanLib) I get errors telling me that I STILL need to install ClanLib. Huh??...did'nt I just spend an hour doing this already???.

So I figured maybe I needed to install a newer version of ClanLib but when I looked around, all I could find was the MDK (Mandrake) version of ClanLib so I uninstalled the old ones and installed these instead and still no luck. Round and round I go and this is'nt even a fraction of what I've been though.

Is there an easy way of doing this and oh yeah, the other thing is that Fedora does'nt seem to have any openGL. How are you going to play the hottest games without ClanLib or OpenGL?.

ClanLib presence....no

I am getting this error to on FC3. It seems no one had a solution to this problem. The output from the ./configure is here:

checking ClanLib/core.h usability... no
checking ClanLib/core.h presence... no
checking for ClanLib/core.h... no
Please get ClanLib from http://www.clanlib.org

Well I can tell you i download ClanLib and installed it from source yesterday no worries. I noticed there was nothing in the path about ClanLib so i decided to use the --with-extra-includes=/usr/local/includes/ClanLib-0.7 and still no luck (fyi, the ClanLib/core.h is relative to that path).

So, what to do?? Anyone?
