Chat / Video / Twitter / IRC / ICQ Linux + Windows

Hello!

I need a software which would include the following things :

- Run at linux and window$
- Chat like ICQ / IRC
- Twitter
- Video Conferencing
- showing other people that i am online

I googled and found a lot of programs, but as i do not have the time to test them all, here my question:

Who has tested different programs and tell me which is the best ?
