changing wmxmms icons

I got wmxmms from: http://dockapps.org/file.php/id/172

But I don't like the default icon that is used when xmms is running or the default for when It's not. I know there is an option to change the icon for when xmms is not running, but where would one get another icon?

Also it looks like there are various icons for when xmms is on does anyone know how to change that icon?

The program works fine but I want something that's puuurty (like the rest of my desktop).

Perhaps I can answer SOME of your questions. I'm a bit of a newbie, but I have done this successfully.

If you are using KDE, then I assume when you speak of an icon, you have already put an icon on your desktop. If so, then right click the icon, and select properties. The window that will appear will bear the icon in the upper left-hand corner. Double-click that, and a window should open with a whole slew of icons. There should also be a drop-down list of other icon sets you can choose from. Double-click the one you want, and it will replace the one you had.

I'm running Xandros, which comes with a pretty major set of icons. Slackware may be a bit thinner in that area.

Frank.

Thanks for the help but alas that is probably KDE specific. When I right click on the wmxmms icon it doesn't do what your's does.

There's no configure menu, instead it brings up a menu for the 'slit.' The slit is part of my fluxbox where you can dock small applications permanently on one edge of the screen.
