Changing to fluxbox from kde...

I'm now using fluxbox instead of KDE, and I need a bit of help selecting the best applications.
For a popup application launcher, I've got bbdock popping up on the left of the screen in the slit.
For a quick mounter I'm using monto in the slit. (I've tried mount.app but I prefer monto because it supports floppy.)
For a pager I'm using fluxter.

So, now all I need is a quick popup menu. I've looked everywhere but I haven't found one...

Could people here please let me know if I'm currently using the best for the job apps, and could someone recommend a popup menu launcher.

(Please note that I'm usually running firefox with 12 autosurfs and opera usually with 5 + tabs with 256MB RAM.)
