Change the style of QT apps when NOT running KDE


I use a frontend for MPlayers which is Kplayer...
It's style is Keramik (is KDE default for the KDE users :P )
I use WindowMaker.How can i change the style of my frontend to "Plastik" or something else ??

i use slack10.1

start kcontrol and set the theme

Kcontrol will start from WindowMaker ?
