change folder command


guys,

im newbie into the linux, and i have a question about cp command.
I try to copy the files into the CAM88:/var/www/intranet to the eduardo:/home/eduac/intranet

how i can do this?

Are you trying to copy between two different boxes?

in fact, i have two shells, one has been connected into (server) and the other has benn connected into the local (eduardo)...so i try to make a copy between this shells...

Use scp instead. cp is for copying files between directories *on the same machine.*

scp is used for copying files *between* tow different machines.
