Change color of konqueror toolbars outside of KDE?

Hi. Im using konqueror by executing it from within plain fluxbox, without having KDE loaded - anyone know of some way I can change the color of the toolbars in this setup (its not affected by changing style)? Thanks!

Try running kcontrol. Click on Appearance & Themes -> Colors.
