cgywin

I use cygwin to compile a C program.
But when I build a file named a.exe, then trying to compile it,
the following message shows:
segmentation fault <core dumped> .
What confuses me is that this program runs well in LINUX environment,
however, when I run it with cgywin under windows system, problems occur.
Could anyone help me to solve this?Thank you.

Well, first off this doesn't really sound like a Linux issue, and should probably be in the Programming forum. But anyway, if you post the code (if it's not too complicated) someone should be able to help.

Have you tried running the program in gdb? This will tell you which function the crash is occuring in.
