Just install cedega in your /home linux partition or directory - not on a fat, vfat, or ntfs partition. a nice linux partition is what it needs.

everything should be smooth after that. also, make sure 3d support is enabled for your video card (look in SaX2).

if you continue to have trouble, may Transgaming earn your $15.00 and post in the Cedega forum. Wolrram (one of the developers) answer questions on their support forum, and i might add he's usually quik about it. I would recommend running it from the command line instead of from Point2Play (assuming this is what you;re doing), because by command line, you'll get specific error messages that you can copy and paste into the forum.

hahaha....lol....
i figured out the porblem...war3 wont play the fmv's in linux...coz it needs drivers from windows that dont come with cedega....

but now that it runs...its just really laggie.....after i quit it says this:

Xlib: extension "XFree86-DRI" missing on display ":0.0".

any ideas?

Warcraft III gets a 5/5 rating with transgaming.

Have you tried installing it on your fake windows directory on the linux filesystem instead of calling it from your windows partition?
