cdrecord error report

I've had several failed burns creating audio cds using cdrecord through k3b and I get a message telling me there's an unknown error (465 or 456?) and to send in an error report. I saved the debug output k3b provides, but where do I go now? Where am I supposed to send this info?

Check for the developers contact details at the k3b website or the application itself (about k3b).
