Cant install on WinME system, please help

I am trying to install Caldera Systems Open Linux 2.2 on a WinME system, 900 mhz celeron, 30 GB hard drive.

I am running into problems getting partion magic to start.

The Linux installation program prompts me to remove the disc, and restart my computer. At which point partition magic is supposed to automatically start when my comp restarts.

Problem is,...nothing happens. Partition Magic does NOT start, and there is no way for me to start it manually!!

Any ideas? Is it due to the System Restore feature in WinME?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I was confused for a moment due to this
thread. It is appreciated if you would only post the same question in one forum.
