tim_l LQ Newbie Registered: Oct 2003 Posts: 18 Rep:	Can you use GDB to alter memory? Is there a way of changing the memory of a currently being debugged program in gdb? I know you can assign to variables etc. etc but can you actually physically change the value at a given address? And if so does anyone know how it's implemented, or am I going to have to sift through several billion lines of gdb source code.... Thanks, Tim
