i have a linux machine which is using /home filesystem mounted via nfs..
i want to assign quotas to the users created on this machine
is it possible??how do i do that???
You assign the quotas on the machine that's hosting the mounted drive.
How you set quotas might differ by distro. This one seems to be a solid one for FC. It's been a bit since I've set one up from scratch. Set up quite a few dedicated hosts but the quota stuff was already installed and I just had to configure it. http://www.yolinux.com/TUTORIALS/Lin...ialQuotas.html
