Can't boot from the HD...

Hi.

I'm installing Slackware in a new computer with a SATA Hard Disk.

I choose a "compatibility mode" of SATA to be recognized by the Kernel...

Everything is ok, i can install lilo, but when i reboot, nothings happens, and it demand a boot disk... In other words, it don't found the boot information at the HD.

When i start with the CD, everythings is ok.

I don't know what happens.. any help?

Some information:
2 partitions:
/dev/hda1 mounted at /
/dev/hda2 mounted at /boot

My lilo.conf:
boot=/dev/hda1
message=/boot/boot_message.txt
prompt
timeout = 1200
change-rules
reset
vga = 773
image = /boot/vmlinuz
root = /dev/hda1
label = Linux
read-only

Thanks.
