Best Resource Manager required for large scale workflows.

Hi,
I am trying to find a best resource manager for my project in handling large scale workflows in distributed environment.
SLURM is superior to TORQUE in handling large number of nodes, Load leveler is suited for batch jobs..etc.
Can any one suggest the best Resouce Manager and its advantages over other so that it can be a great help for my project.
