Best Open Source alternative to Teamviewer for Ubuntu based Linux distros

Hey all.

I am running Linux Mint 21.1 Cinnamon and are looking for the best GUI Open Source alternative for Teamviewer.
I will like if it will be as simple (or simpler )to use as Teamviewer.

Priorities:

1: Can remote control other Linux PCs
2: File transfer (not mandatory - but nice to have)

You suggestions/Experiences?
