I install using theses packages for my LE2005. I must say that it's great program for playing MP3. sound quality is way better than XMMS when used with equalizer out of the box.

I have been searching for MIDI plugin support package without any luck. I want to ask if some one can get it working with MIDI input support.

Also, how can I get it to be mp3 default player in my Gnome. Now mp3 opens in Totem. Can I select "Open With" and add bmp into the field?

You are using Gnome so I assume that you are using Nautilus.
Right click the file, choose "open with other Application" then choose your app.

If you are using Rox, then right click, choose "set run action"


If you are using Konqueror, right click, Choose "open with"

You get the idea.
