Unhappy ATI Radeon 9200+Dreamlinux connecting TV as Monitor S-Video to RCA Connection

Hi I am running the most recent version of the Dreamlinux Distro. I have done a full install to the harddrive. I'm assuming that due to the limited option for download, it's the x86 version but my computer is AMD64.

My Graphics Card is an ATI Radeon 9200.

I have searched the web over and tried just about everything I have found but nothing seems to work.

I have update the drivers via apt but still no luck.

Downloading the the Linux drive from ATI only gives me an .rmp and due to me still being some what new to Linux how would I add the ATI provided driver?

I need the TV as a monitor due to my monitor has developed problems and will be awhile before I can replace it.

My ATI Radeon 9200 is PCI
It has DVI S-Video VGA

I have already made the correct changes in the BIOs and my MotherBoard's chipset is also ATI.

I'm a little frustrated. Would be will to upload a system report to show but not sure how to do so.

This issue was solved through other resources. such as http://packages.debian.org/stable/atitvout
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...ti/+bug/189393
If all else fails then double check your S-Video connections and/or replace your cords.
