ARGH netscape stuff

ok folks here is the problem.
I have slackware 9.0
Netscape 7.02 - /usr/local/nescape
Java 1.4.2 - /usr/local/java

when I try to log into the site: chatxtra.cleveland.com I get the following error

The followig site contains information of the type (application/x-java-vm) click here to download the approirote plug in. so I click ok and it tells me to download java 1.4.2. I have already done this, unzipped and installed. here is my question: In my preferences for helper applications, what do I enter in as the file extension, MIME type and application to use. I created an account at cleveland.com for you guys to use for testing if you need. u/p is linuxhelp

As always thanks

i kinda understand and don't understand what your saying, so i'll just say : do you maybe have to add java to your path?
and if so, then maybe this may help.

ln -s /usr/local/java/plugin/i386/ns610-gcc32/libjavaplugin_oji.so /usr/local/mozilla/plugins/libjavaplugin_oji.so

and bam it was working. Thank you drozz and arnold for helping me.
