So, when i try to open something in kde, the busy cursor goes on and it's button thingy on the taskbar are there, but the program won't load. Help please! i'm using icewm right now.
But... are you using IceWM or KDE? Some KDE applications won't open in IceWM, since KDE uses more complex window decorations and so on. I think you're using KDE (because of the busy cursor). Probably the application is faulty. I would recommend you to open a Konsole or an XConsole and try opening the program from the graphic console. There you will see if it's giving errors.
