apache config

Hi i am trying to migrate one of my servers to another i am have an error when i try and restart apache
[warn] VirtualHost x.x.x.x:80 overlaps with VirtualHost x.x.x.x:80, the first has precedence, perhaps you need a NameVirtualHost directive
[warn] VirtualHost x.x.x.x:443 overlaps with VirtualHost x.x.x.x:443, the first has precedence, perhaps you need a NameVirtualHost directive
dont realy know what the error is can anyone help also
