Apache 'no document found'

Evening all

I've a couple of sites running on one of my machines. The thing is I can access them fine from outside of my network, but internally they don't work - when I use the full address I get 'the document contained no data' pop up in firefox, and when I use 'localhost' or the internal IP address, it doesn't display properly.

Any ideas?
