Anjuta make error

I just installed Anjuta on a fresh MEPIS installation, and opened my project to compile it. But now I get an error message, when I try to compile!? Have anyone seen this before / know how to fix it? Do I need to install additional dev. libs?

make: ***No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop
Completed... successful

Any information is greatly appriciated.

Found the problem.... or sorted it out anyway. Tried to make an new project, instead of using my existing one. This gave me an error message. Said that I should run autogen.sh manually. So I did, and the autogen.sh script said it needed libtool library. After libtool was installed, autogen.sh went thru fine, and I could compile again.
Very weird bug.,.... and weird apt-get didn't resolve all the dependencies.
Anyway it works!
