amarok visualizations malfunction

i am running amarok on fedora 7. i have tried all the tips i can find but they all seem to be for ubuntu and/or in kde. i am running gnome. can anyone point me in the right direction?

I don't know that amarok visualisations have anything to do with kde or gnome. That's more a function of whether or not you have amarok-libvisual package installed.

It might help if you told more about the malfunction you are experiencing.

well when i try to run it it give me a message of no visualizations found but i have run all the installs that other forum post said may help. some ran fine and others just said nothing to do.
