after having written this I realized that the autor says on his personal homepage that this script doesnt work with the new amarok version. Does anybody know a workaround like installing an old amarok version or an alternative player and program which does the same? (im not very skilled so i don t know if this is possible. It seems that on such an attempt my package configuration might screw up)

Heres the problem, maybe my diagnostics are wrong:

I got a problem with Amarok to get the Smart DJ plugin running.
I have already installed:

Pakete python-extattr-0.1.3-1.noarch, python-Observable-0.1.0-1.noarch, python-amarok-0.1.0-1.noarch, songanalysis-0.4.0-1.i386, python-commandsplus-0.2.3-1.noarch sind installiert

and directly via urpmi-www: attr-2.4.32-2mdv2007.1.i586, python-qt-3.5.6-1mdv2007.1.i586

To get the extattr thing working my /etc/fstab looks like:

The error message looks like:

The smart DJ plugin requires the python extattr package to work properly. Please install it and try again.

When installing some packages that might be useful, very often messages like that occured:
