Amarok can't play m4v or m4p files

Amarok can't play my m4v or m4p format files.

I've tried xine engine and the helix engine, but neither works.
What am I missing?

Thanks

The Helix engine reports that it has about 20 or more plugins installed. I had a look and they are in /usr/lib/RealPlayer10GOLD/ as it says.
